A quick little doodle that turned into America’s new lovable icon!  Well, maybe not.  :-)  

I like the thought of a collective intelligence that grows as more little entities join together.  Much like the starfish-like aliens from Larry Niven’s Man-Kzin wars.

I think they were called the Jotok, but it was only 5 little fish-like creatures that would join their brain tails together to form a sentient creature. Pretty bizarre.
